Elaborate a strategic plan of a company dedicated to the production and the commercialization of organic products. On one hand, the company elaborates, delivers and commercializes organic sausage. And on the other hand, it buys and commercializes other organic products without processing them. The project goal is to develop a strategic business plan in order to:- Focus the mission of the organization.- Guide the business direction successfully.- Visualize opportunities and possible threats.- Reflect about the company’s objectives and which improvements are needed to achieve them. - Study the feasibility of the company development.
