A workflow for the analysis and modelling of high-dimensional omics data

Abstract

En los últimos años, los avances en el campo de la computación han convertido al Machine Learning en un método viable para obtener información muy precisa y hacer grandes predicciones relacionadas con todo el campo de la biología. En este proyecto creamos un rápido y preciso flujo de trabajo de Machine Learning, con una fácil e intuitiva interfaz de usuario, muchos parámetros personalizables, gráficos y feedback informativos, y diversos métodos de introducción de datos, utilizando las últimas tecnologías disponibles.

In the recent years, advances in the field of Computer Science have made Machine Learning a viable method of obtaining very precise information and making great predictions in studies related to the entire field of biology. In this project we create a fast and accurate Machine Learning workflow with an easy and user-friendly interface, many customizable parameters, informing plots and feedback, and several data input methods, using the latest available free technologies.
