The sky has always been something that the human race has tried to understand and use, in the first moments trying to imitate the birds and a way to fly and some steps further studying their composition; what we use to know as atmosphere. The curiosity of the human being has make us reach all that milestones, and nowadays we can easily go to other places through the air using planes, or get relaxed using another kind of vehicle that brings you the chance to sorrow the atmosphere. As always the transport needs use to relegate other facts to a less important positions like the electrical phenomena’s. The atmosphere electrical phenomena’s are known since the beginnings of time when the first human get scared of the power of lightning’s and astounded by the aurora boreal. In the beginning of time that’s phenomena’s were attributed to a mystical power or a kind of spirit or deity, some steps further as nowadays could seem that everything is discovered or understood, but even in this supercomputer era there are processes that happens in the atmosphere that are not as well understood than the most complex computer. This project is just two cents of the measurements processes and devices to determine the atmosphere electrostatic field and a little review of the measurements methods used in the past.
