Viabilidad y propuesta para la solución constructiva de un edificio destinado a laboratorio

Abstract

The objective of this work is to issue a technical assessment based on the functions that are recognized mainly by the white paper of the technical architect and the CTE (hereinafter Technical Building Code) within the work field in which I have developed the Final Project (hereinafter TFG), the Joint Municipal Company of Aguas de Tarragona. The content of the TFG is structured on one hand, in the design of several proposals related to the remodeling of the existing laboratory building, as on the other hand, a design proposal of redistribution for the existent building according to the needs of the areas. The content within the project that you’ll be able to find is structured by: - A Memory - The English proposal. Annex 1 - Ematsa’s drawings and its amends. Annex 2 - Definitive proposal drawings and the constructive details. Annex 3 - State of measurements and budget. Annex 4 The methods that I used to develop the project include, among others, meetings with the Board to understand and define the needs, on-site visits at the building, drafts, and meetings with other interested parties. The results obtained regarding the tasks carried out in this work have been the preparation of the definitive remodeling proposal of the existing laboratory building, which was delivered to the board, and my new technical proposal regarding this TFG. The main conclusion carried out by my proposal will be an aesthetic improvement for of the building to give it an aspect of a more current and efficient design in a constructive level speaking.
