Abstract
“Bicycle Speedometer Plus” was born from an EPS project (European Project Semester) at Hochschule Osnabrück (University of Applied Sciences). The project team consisted of an intercultural team from India, the Netherlands, Spain and Russia. The main one of this project is to develop a speedometer for a bicycle, with some requirements or features that we will see throughout the report, based on the results of a previous project. In this report we will also see all the steps that we made to arrive to our “Final Speedometer” which we can divide it in three parts, according also with the skills of the team: - Mechanical Part, where we will see the process to create a Test Stand to test the dynamo and then the calculations that we made to know how is our dynamo looking like, - programming with all the steps to do our speedometer work, - design of how the speedometer will look like and taking care of the material, ergonomics, etc. Also, we will see all the Project Management work that help us to develop our project more easily, taking care of a schedule created with a Gantt Chart, creating a SWOT and Risk analysis table and a lot of different tools to make our project work.
