Rediseño y optimización de una máquina de termoconformado para embalajes del sector alimentario

Abstract

[CASTELLÀ] El objetivo de este proyecto por una parte es conocer los módulos que poseen una máquina de termoconformado y los tipos de dosificadores que existen en el mercado, su funcionamiento y las partes que lo componen. Por otra parte y la más importante, es mejorar uno de los módulos que constituyen dicha máquina diseñando un dosificador de jabón líquido. Des del diseño de las partes que lo constituyen hasta la elección del husillo de bolas y el servomotor. El proyecto está divido en 3 partes, las cuales son: Diseño del prototipo (donde se explicará paso por paso el proceso de diseño mediante SOLIDEDGE), elección de husillo de bolas y servomotor (realizando una serie de cálculos se seleccionará el adecuado a nuestras necesidades), y finalmente la cinemática del fluido (para ver el comportamiento con la implementación del nuevo sistema). Tener la posibilidad de integrar de nuevo a la empresa dosificadores para su serie de máquinas de termoconformado y termosellado. Des de su fabricación hasta su instalación intentando reducir costes. Como a conclusión general, me gustaría decir que este proyecto me ha dado la libertad de diseñar un conjunto de elementos mecánicos que conforman una máquina que ofrece valor añadido a un proceso de producción de un bien de consumo. Además, elegir los componentes mecánicos correctos y pensar en cómo se van a fabricar cada pieza te hace valorar otros aspectos a la hora de diseñar.
