HESI-RE : Equip dental amb incorporació de nous avenços tecnològics

Abstract

[CATALÀ] El present treball de final de grau estudia el disseny de “Hesi-Re: Equip dental amb incorporació de nous avenços tecnològics”, aplicant-lo a la conceptualització i materialització d’un equip dental capaç de millorar l’experiència d’intervencions odontològiques pels pacients, i la estada a la feina dels mateixos especialistes. Aquest, expressa el desig de poder ajudar i millorar en la qualitat sanitària des del punt de vista del disseny de l’equipament emprat. La idea és el disseny d'una unitat dental, constituïda per un seient odontològic amb tot l'equipament necessari tant pel pacient com l'especialista. L'estudi resol els problemes o inconvenients que poden sorgir dins d'un box, mitjançant la forma i la distribució de la unitat dental, així com oferir informació addicional de diagnosis a temps real del pacient, útil pel desenvolupament de les tasques dutes a terme durant una intervenció, permetent així que tant el dentista com l'auxiliar estiguin més pendents de les tasques amb caràcter humà i professional. A més a més, aquesta memòria descriu el procés de treball dut a terme per a completar el projecte. S’han realitzat entrevistes tant a professionals com a pacients, els quals afegint els diferents estudis duts a terme, han permès trobar els punts crítics d’aquestes unitats.

[ANGLÈS] This end of degree paper studies the design of "Hesi-Re: Dental equipment with the incorporation of new technological advances ", applied to the conceptualization and realization of a dental equipment able to improve the experience of dental interventions for patients, and the stay at work of the same specialists. This, expresses the desire to help and improve sanitary quality from the design of the equipment used point of view. The idea is the design of a dental unit, consisting of a dental seat with all the necessary equipment for both the patient and specialist. The study solves problems or inconveniences that may arise in the clinic through the form and distribution of the dental unit as well as offering additional information about patient's real-time diagnosis, this allows both dentist and assistant to be more aware of the tasks with human and professional character during dental interventions. In addition, this paper describes the work process carried out to complete the project. Interviews have been conducted with both professionals and patients, which, adding the different studies carried out, have allowed us to find the critical points of these units.
