dc.description.abstract | Design, implementation and validation of an automatic tracking system for the motion of mitochondria in neuronal cultures. The system will be implemented in MATLAB and will use fluorescence microscopy images in order to identify static and dynamic mitochondria and track their motion along the neuronal axon. |
