The following document is an executive project that will allow to transfer an industry and increase and diversify its production. The products that are going to be elaborated in the industry are different types of cheese and with different milk provenance. The cheeses to elaborate are: hard cheese made of goat milk, sheep milk and cow milk, fresh cheese made of goat milk, mató cheese (a type of farmer’s cheese) made of cow milk and hard cheese made of goat milk in oil. Taking into account the industry’s quantitative and qualitative production and the necessary machines, knowing that we already have some machines that are being used in the actual location where the dairy industry is, the space needed to use in each room is calculated and it depends on the machine’s space necessity and the space of the new industry. The distribution of the spaces and rooms is done taking into account the relations between the rooms. This will give a linearity in the cheese production. The next step is to dimension the cold rooms and the electric installation, the illumination and the protection against fires. The last thing done is design different industry plans. This document includes a memory with 7 annexes, 13 plans and a budget.
