[CASTELLÀ] La presente auditoria energética se centra en la biblioteca municipal Marian Colomé, ubicada en la localidad de Gavá, en donde se ha realizado un estudio y análisis de los consumos energéticos que se producen en la instalación, se proponen una serie de propuestas de ahorro energético, se ha calculado el ahorro económico que supondría cada una de ellas y la viabilidad económica de cada una de estas propuestas. Para efectuar esta auditoria se ha realizado siguiendo las normativas vigentes como las normas UNE (Una Normativa Española), el DB HE3 (Documento Básico de Eficiencia Energética), y el CTE (Código Técnico de Edificación). Con la información facilitada por parte del Ayuntamiento de la localidad, de las empleadas de la biblioteca y a través de las visitas realizadas a la instalación se han obtenido los datos necesarios para realizar los cálculos pertinentes y realizar una estimación del ahorro energético, económico y el tiempo de amortización. De tal modo, con los resultados obtenidos se han realizado los gráficos tablas y cálculos en este presente documento. Además, mediante el software DIALux 4 se ha realizado un estudio de los actuales niveles de iluminación y poder comprobar que estos cumplen con la normativa vigente.
[ANGLÈS] This energy audit focuses on the municipal library Marian Colomé, located in the town of Gavá, where a study and analysis of the energy consumption that occurs in the installation has been carried out, a series of energy saving proposals are proposed, the economic savings that each of them would imply and the economic viability of each one of these proposals.
