dc.description.abstractCurrently, biogas production from slaughterhouse waste is a matter of improvement due to the help for both environmental and economic sustentative. For that reason, these project objectives are to analyze and compare the maximum rate of biogas production from slaughterhouse waste through different working conditions of anaerobic digestion, as well as the possibility of improving the process by mixing different portions of this waste.
