Radars have been a key technology for enabling autonomous driving, collision avoidance and pedestrian detection are some of the uses that this technology has. Radomes play an important role for this, therefore, their correct performance is necessary. Different test are required for validating the radomes, i.e. Direction of arrival error and attenuation of the radome. Zanini Auto Grup is a company involved in this world. They design and fabricate frontal car emblems, radomes, that allow the integration of radar sensors behind them. Final validation of radomes is always performed by the radar supplier company, thus, before sending them for final validation, they must correctly work inside some margins. This work deals with the implementation and improvement of radome measurement systems of the company, and the objective is to assimilate internal results to the results of the radar supplier. For this, an evaluation radar sensor measurement setup was implemented. Results obtained with this setup coincide with the measures of the radar supplier, thus, more trustworthy decisions can be taken from the measures. A pyramidal horn antenna for the PNA measurement setup was designed. This new antenna has similar radiation pattern to the ones of the radar, which was not the case for the antenna used before. Results obtained from this go in the line to the ones of the radar.
