Abstract
Interfaces for artificial intelligence systems like GigE or PoCL lead to big dimensions and relatively high power consumptions. MIPI has released a scalable interface for image capturing, named CSI, that can reduce these restrictions. Based on this preface, a light machine vision camera platform with MIPI interface is released for the NVIDIA Jetson TX2. Alongside with the hardware, including two PCB boards for interfacing the camera platform to the Jetson TX2, compatibility features for the I2C bus and Kernel are also released.
