dc.description.abstractCardiovascular disease (CVD) are the global number one cause of death. The current diagnosis of CVD is mainly based on functions and morphology. We have built a statistical vector field model based on 4D flow MRI, by applying real/quaternion PCA to get the mean and main variations of the blood flow.
