| dc.description.abstract | A dynamical simulation model for three-section DBR laser is extended to analyse the thermal effect under continuous tuning. A new method to compensate the thermal drifts is implemented, and we have simulated a nonintrusive wavelength tuning, with and without mode jumping. |
