Disseny d’un limitador mecànic per a un ascensor

Abstract

[CATALÀ] Aquest projecte es basa amb el disseny d’un limitador de velocitat d’un ascensor. Aquest producte és bàsic en tots els ascensors actuals, és un element de seguretat que actua en cas de que es produeixi una sobre velocitat a la cabina i provoca el tall de flux de corrent i si és necessari, l’aturament mecànic del sistema. Així doncs, en aquest projecte es desenvolupen tots els blocs principals del producte; la politja, el bloc centrífug, el sistema de bloqueig, i el sistema de fixació. L’objectiu d’aquest projecte és desenvolupar un producte versàtil, reduït, segur i a un cost competitiu. Versàtil: Veurem que hi ha molts tipus de cables, velocitats, bobines i sistemes d’enclavament a distància. El limitador GV-120, abarca totes les possibilitats sense dificultar la industrialització del producte. Reduït: Actualment les fosses dels ascensors cada cop són més reduïdes, la tendència és reduir tots els components per a ampliar el màxim el tamany de la cabina. Segur: Aquest producte ha d’anar regit per una normativa específica i certificat ja que és considera un element de seguretat molt important en el món del ascensor, és l’encarregat de detectar quan la cabina necessita ser frenada. Cost competitiu: Actualment els costos d’aquests productes són molt competitius, és per això que s’han realitzat optimitzacions i millores per a abaratar el producte i competir al mercat actual. Tot aquest disseny s’ha pogut realitzar gràcies a l’empresa GERVALL, qui m’ha format i brindat la possibilitat de viatjar a obres i a empreses a veure instal·lacions reals, assajos i certificacions de limitadors de velocitat. Finalment us convido a la lectura d’aquest projecte, un projecte real realitzat amb la finalitat de posicionar a l’empresa número 1 en aquest sector.

This product, which is basic in all current elevators, is a security element that acts in the event of an overload in the cabin and causes the current flow cutting and, if necessary, the mechanical stoppage of the system. Therefore, in this project all the main blocks of the product are developed; the pulley, the centrifugal block, the locking system, and the fixing system. The objective of this project is to develop a versatile product, reduced, safe and at a competitive cost. Versatile: We will see that there are many types of cables, speeds, coils and remote locking systems. The limiter GV-120, covers all possibilities without hindering the industrialization of the product. Reduced: At the moment the lattices of the elevators are reduced every time, the tendency is to reduce all the components to extend the maximum the size of the cabin. Surely: This product must be governed by a specific and certified regulation as it is considered a very important security element in the elevator world, it is responsible for detecting when the cabin needs to be braked. Competitive cost: Currently, the costs of these products are very competitive, which is why optimizations and improvements have been made to reduce the price of the product and compete in the current market. All this design has been possible thanks to the company GERVALL, who has trained and offered the possibility to travel to works and companies to see real installations, tests and certifications of speed limiters.
