Mòdul escènic per a escenografies teatrals de petit format

Abstract

[CATALÀ] Dedicar un projecte d’enginyeria a l’escenografia teatral és un fet poc comú. L’escenografia ha evolucionat a partir de les arrels històriques de l’antiga clàssica i els seus vincles amb les arquitectures del Renaixement, passant pels mecanismes de politges descobertes a l’edat mitjana. Tots aquests fets van potenciar l’activitat teatral a l’Europa del segle XX. El resultat són unes construccions i uns canvis d’escena amb una excel·lència arquitectònica i d’enginyeria. No totes les companyies teatrals poden fer front a realitzar una escenografia, per la falta de recursos econòmics que hi ha en la cultura. Justament aquest projecte posa una solució, proposant un mòdul escènic capaç de desenvolupar artísticament tot un muntatge teatral, de dansa o performance. El mòdul va destinat per a aules d’assaig d’escoles artístiques o per les sales d’assaig de companyies professionals. A més per a totes aquelles companyies sense recursos per realitzar una escenografia, es proposa el mòdul com a complement escènic. Com a solució es presenta un mòdul cúbic, amb opció de transformar-ho en escala. Aquest valor afegit fa que en unir una sèrie d’aquests, es pugui utilitzar un dels recursos més emprats en la posada en escena, el canvi de nivells. A part, et permet crear infinitats de composicions amb aquestes dues formes. El producte ve separat per dues parts: les cobertes i l’estructura, fent que puguis personalitzar les primeres per una funció en concret. A més el fet que siguin separables, fa que només hagi de comprar unes noves cobertes si ja disposes de l’estructura. Per tant es té un avantatge creatiu i econòmic. El projecte desenvolupa tota la creació del mòdul amb la recerca dels materials i els càlculs de la seva resistència. Per tant es presenta un mòdul adaptable per obres de teatre, abaratint el que podria arribar a costar una escenografia i complet, ja que no priva la creació i desenvolupament d’un projecte artístic. Tot un repte, ja que en l’àmbit teatral, per cada creació teatral, es crea una nova escenografia mai vista en un muntatge anterior. I en aquest projecte es presenta un producte nou, mai implementat dins del camp de l’escenografia amb aquestes característiques.

[ANGLÈS] Dedicating an engineering project to theatrical scenery is not common. The stage scene has evolved from the historical roots of the old classical and its links with the Renaissance architectures, as well as the pulley mechanisms discovered in the Middle Ages. All these events encouraged theatrical activity in Europe in the 20th century. The results are constructions and changes of scene with an architectural and engineering excellence. Not all theatrical companies can face scenography, due to the lack of economic resources in the culture. Precisely this project puts a solution, proposing a stage module capable of artistically developing a whole theatrical, dance or performance setting. The module is intended for school essay classrooms or for professional companies' trial rooms. In addition to all those companies without resources to perform a set design, the module is proposed as a scenic complement. As a solution, a cubic module is presented, with the option of transforming it into a scale. This added value means that by joining a series of these, one of the resources most used in the staging, the change of levels, can be used. In addition, it allows you to create infinite compositions with these two forms. The product comes separated by two parts: the covers and the structure, allowing you to customize the first ones for a particular function. Also, the fact that they are separable causes you to only buy some new covers if you already have the structure. Therefore, it has a creative and economic advantage. The project develops all the creation of the module with the search of the materials and the calculations of its resistance. Therefore, there is an adaptable module for plays, reducing the cost of a complete set design, since it does not deprive the creation and development of an artistic project. It's a challenge, since in the theatrical setting, for each theatrical creation, a new stage scene never seen in a previous assembly is created.
