dc.description.abstract[ANGLÈS] This project was born out of a personal concern for the environment and the need to reinvent the purification machines that we know today. The main objective of this project is to design a machine capable of purifying contaminated water from the agri-food industry of our country. We also take a step further and design a structure that allows us to install our machine in industries that are located within urban areas and that lack space to perform such installation in a conventional manner. To carry out this project I have based on two very important aspects when designing with the firm intention of respecting the environment. The circular economy and the Cradle to Cradle methodology. The purpose of the circular economy is to design products without waste and that of the Cradle to Cradle methodology is that in case waste is generated these can be used again to be part of other products or systems. Finally we have achieved the goal of designing a machine capable of significantly reducing the time necessary to treat these polluted waters, we also offer the possibility that they can be used for irrigation or washing, making use of that circular economy mentality. In case you do not want to take advantage of a second use by the client, they are suitable for pouring into the public sewer. Another objective achieved is the design of the structure that will allow us to reach a larger volume of customers given that with this structure we can install our machine in industries where it was previously impossible to do so. The whole project has been conceived under the regulations of discharges and quality of purified water that marks the State according to Royal Decree 1620/2007. For the structure we have ruled by the Technical Building Code, Basic Document Structural Safety-Steel (CTE DB SE-A).
