In this project is detailed the process of digitization of a production process based on manufacturing instructions in a descriptive format, with the aim of converting it into a fully automatic batch production process that minimizes human interaction during its execution in order to avoid possible errors, deviations in terms of quality requirements or security problems. In order to obtain a consistent and standard solution for automation, the theoretical models defined by the ANSI / ISA-88 standard are used as the basis for the design and development of all the programming included in this project. The use of Wonderware software: InBatch for the creation of the recipe and the production orders, and Wonderware: InTouch for the monitoring of the batch production process will be fundamental requirements for the development of the propose solution for the automation.
