Disseny d'un vestidor del personal de granges porcines

Abstract

[CATALÀ] El sector porcí és un dels que més ha incrementat la seva facturació els últims anys, passant de produir per a mercats locals a exportar a més de 130 països. Per aquest motiu, s’han pres mesures de bioseguretat que regulen pràctiques i instal·lacions per garantir el benestar d’animals, treballadors i consumidors de producte derivat del porcí. El projecte s’ha desenvolupat a l’empresa PORINOX, S.L, dedicada a l’equipament per a granges porcines. L’aplicació de noves normatives en aquest àmbit ha generat un nínxol de mercat que requereix estructures com aquest vestidor per disminuir els riscs en aquestes granges. Un primer anàlisi del context del producte ha servit per determinar quins han de ser els requisits i equipaments bàsics que ha de tenir per assegurar-ne totes les funcions. Una de les seves característiques n’és la modularitat, de la qual i se n’ha analitzat la oferta actual en el sector. Una primera reunió amb el client del vestidor i entrevistes realitzades als diferents usuaris que l’utilitzaran van donar els requeriments recollits al briefing, permetent la comparació amb productes precedents del mercat. En el desenvolupament del disseny s’han tingut en compte estratègies d’ecodisseny i els estàndards antropomètrics humans i de l’entorn físic per ajustar l’espai al mínim necessari per canviar-se de roba, emmagatzematge d’objectes i necessitats personals. Com a base d’aquest projecte s’ha analitzat un antic model de vestidor dissenyat prèviament per l’empresa que no va tenir l’eficiència esperada, aplicant les millores al nou model. La primera solució contempla un vestidor modular de 4m2 pensat per cobrir les necessitats mínimes i ajustar-se al preu més baix possible, garantint l’accessibilitat a la comunitat ramadera. El vestidor està equipat amb un espai per canviar-se diferenciat en una zona neta i una zona bruta, un lavabo i un inodor; amb la possibilitat d’ampliar aquests equipaments afegint un annex al primer mòdul que amplia la superfície inicial sense haver de pagar un segon mòdul sencer. Aquesta ampliació es pot equipar amb dutxa, despatx o bé amb una simple ampliació per encabir-hi més personal. En l’avaluació del producte amb el client es decideix aplicar un pas obligatori per la dutxa, el que suposa un encariment del preu que requereix optimitzar costos de fabricació per a compensar. A partir d’un AMFE es recullen tots els canvis aplicats a la versió definitiva. El disseny final és un vestidor de 4m2 format per una robusta estructura fabricada amb peces de planxa d’acer inoxidable (AISI 304), totalment equipat amb pas obligatori per dutxa, lavabo i inodor i a punt per ser instal·lat a qualsevol granja. La funció de modularitat queda reduïda en la possibilitat de poder acoblar un segon vestidor annex al costat. Finalment, s’ha estipulat el preu de venta a partir del càlcul del cost unitari de fabricació peça per peça amb un marge de benefici que li permeti ser un producte atractiu tant per al client com per a l’empresa.

[ANGLÈS] Porcine sector has increased its billing in recent years, from producing for local markets to export to more than 130 countries. For this reason, biosecurity measures have been taken in order to regulate practices and facilities to guarantee the welfare of animals, workers and consumers. This project has been developed in PORINOX, S.L company, dedicated to pig farms’ equipment. The application of new regulations in this area has generated a niche market that requires structures such as this changing room to reduce risks in these farms. A first analysis of the product's context has been used to determine the basic needed requirements and equipment in order to ensure all its functions. One of its features is being modular, with all its characteristics. A first meeting with the client of the changing room and interviews made to different users who will use it, gave us the requirements collected in the briefing, allowing the comparison with previous market products. Design development has considered ecodesign strategies and human anthropometric standards and the interior areas to adjust the space to minimum necessary to change clothes, keep personal object and personal needs. As a basis for this project, an old similar model previously designed by the company (which did not have the expected efficiency) has been analysed, applying the improvements to the new model. The first solution includes a modular changing room of 4m2 designed to reach the minimum needs and adjusted to the lowest possible price, guaranteeing accessibility to the customers. The changing room is equipped with a space to cloth-changing, differentiated in a clean area and a dirty area, a sink and a toilet; with the possibility of extending these facilities by adding an appendix to the first module that increases the initial surface without paying a second full module. This extension can be equipped with a shower, an office or simply expanded to cover more staff. In the product evaluation with the client, it was decided to apply a compulsory step through the shower, which increased the price and required to optimize manufacturing costs. An AMFE was made to show all applied changes to the final version. The final design is a 4m2 changing room made up of a robust structure of stainless steel sheet parts (AISI 304), fully equipped with a compulsory step through shower, sink and WC, ready to be installed in any farm. The modularity function is reduced in the possibility of coupling a second one unit attached to changing room side. Finally, the sale price has been stipulated from the calculation of the unit cost of manufacture piece by piece with a profit margin that allows it to be an attractive product for both client and company.
