Current growth of the aerospace industry, mobile telephony and radio astronomy demands for the study of device electrical behavior in the face of temperature and pressure changes. Devices nonlinearities must be characterized. To do this, the working conditions must be emulated in the measurement setup. In the laboratory 223 of the School of Telecommunications and Aerospace Engineering of Castelldefels (EETAC), the Department of Signal Theory and Communications (TSC) has an S-parameter measurement setup under cryogenic vacuum conditions. This system was designed by researchers and professors of the department integrating different subsystems. Since the measurement setup is made with instruments from different manufacturers, each one with its own software, the operation of the setup is not friendly and its use is slightly inefficient. Consequently, currently there is a need to integrate all the controls in a software tool to ensure ease of use. In this Final Degree Project, the CRAVAT program (CRyogenic And VAcuum Testset) has been developed for this purpose. To this end, the instruments of the measurement setup and its integration have been studied; software functionalities have been defined, developed, and finally tested and implemented. Once integrated, measurements have been made as a functional test of the fully integrated program.
