Abstract
use surplus electricity from a wind mill for electrolysis of water to make hydrogen which can then be stored in tanks, which would then be used on less windy days to generate electricity with a fuel cell - HT-PEM fuel cells - PEM electrolyser - heat and electrical power demand - stationary application - not connected to the general electricity and NG networks - batteries included ???
