dc.description.abstractThe project presents the study and design of a box feeder system for packaging machines operating in a continuous cycle. This solution contemplates a main mechanism of planetary type and all the elements that intervene, as well as an entrance store of folded boxes and an exit of boxes unfolded on a bucket conveyor. The mechanism is equipped with three suction cups controlled by a vacuum air circuit, characterized by a rotating air joint. Totally integrated in an ergonomic module and prepared for later projections to be able to be completely inserted as a continuous machine in a production line. All phases of this project follow the same line of the industrial project. Based on a estudy of the movement that wants to be carried out and through the sizing of the main elements it is possible to achieve the solution design. This project is designed for high speed machines within the sector of the packaging in pharma and food
