En el Treball Final de Grau d’Arquitectura Tècnica i Edificació que presento a continuació es
podrà veure el meu pas per el despatx d’arquitectura d’Activitats i Instal·lacions
Arquitectòniques SLP (AIA). Al llarg de tots els projectes d’aquesta memòria, dels quals he
participat com a adjunt del Director d’Execució d’Obres de l’empresa Eduard Rodero
(Arquitecte Tècnic i Superior), explicaré les funcions que he desenvolupat.
Primer de tot dedico unes pàgines a explicar com és AIA, un despatx d’arquitectura amb més
de 25 anys d’experiència, situat prop de l’Arc del Triomf. Explicaré com s’estructura l’empresa,
quans en formem part, les funcions que desenvolupem i breument alguns dels projectes més
destacats de l’empresa.
Posteriorment explicaré dues de les obres en les que he estat més implicat durant aquests 6
mesos de treball. El primer és el projecte de la Plaça Major nº1 de Sabadell, que consisteix en
la remunta de una tercera planta en un edifici amb Planta Baixa més dos Plantes Pis. És un
projecte en el que només he participat des de la direcció facultativa i que m’encarrego,
principalment, del suport en les actes, dels plànols de direcció d’obra i del control de qualitat. A
la memòria del treball apareix la informació bàsica del projecte, les meves funcions i l’estat del
projecte. Als annexos es troba tota la informació gràfica sobre l’edifici com les plantes i
seccions i a més, veurem els plànols que he anat modificat durant l’obra i algunes fotografies
de les visites d’obra des de juliol de 2017 fins al maig de 2018 amb el resum de les visites.
El segon projecte es tracta de la reforma d’un restaurant de platja a Gavà, el Tropical Beach
Club. Aquesta reforma també implica un canvi d’ús ja que la planta de sobre el restaurant
passa a ser un hotel. En aquest projecte he participat tant en el projecte executiu (en la part
dels amidaments) com en la direcció d’execució de l’obra, fent les tasques d’adjunt del director
d’execució d’obres, com a la obra de Plaça Major.
Com he treballat en tants projectes a l’hora els quals m’han ajudat en el meu desenvolupament
com a tècnic, he afegit un resum de cada un d’aquests, aportant les dades bàsiques, l’estat del
projecte, les meves funcions i la meva experiència en cada un d’ells. Algun d’aquests són les
reformes en els edificis de TV3, la reforma de la masia del Futbol Club Barcelona o els
projectes executius amb Don Piso com a promotor. Al annex 3 hi ha una petita fitxa de cada un
d’aquests, amb la informació bàsica i documentació gràfica.
The final project of Technical Architecture and Building, presented below, tracks my
experiences in the architecture office “Activitats i Instal·lacions Arquitectòniques SLP (A.I.A)”. I
will explain the projects I participated in as an assistant to the Project Execution Manager of the
company, Eduard Rodero (Technical and Superior Architect), as well as the skills and functions
I have developed during the process.
First of all I will dedicate some pages to describe AIA, an architectural firm with more than 25
years of experience, located near the “Arc de Triomf”. I will explain how the company is
structured, what we are part of, the functions we develop and some of the most outstanding
projects of the company.
Later I will explain two of the projects I have been more involved in during these 6 months of
work. The first is the project of “Plaza Mayor nº1 in Sabadell”, which consists of a [remount of a
plant] in a building with a Ground Floor and two Plants more. It is a project in which I have only
participated in the building management and I mainly handle the support in acts, plans of
building management and quality control. The work report contains the basic information about
this project, my functions and the project status. The annexes contains all the graphic
information of the building, such as the floors and sections, as well as the plans that I have
modified during the work and some photographs of the site visits from July 2017 to May 2018
with a summary of the visits.
The second building project is the renovation of a beach restaurant in Gavà. This renovation
also involves a change of use since the floor above the restaurant will become a hotel. In this
project I have participated extensively in the executive aspect, in the part of measurements,
and in the building management, doing the tasks of assistant to the director of execution of
works, as I did in the project of Plaça Major.
As I worked in on so many projects in my time with A.I.A., and as most seemed interesting to
me and helped me in my development as a technician, I have added a summary of every
project, providing the basic data, the state of the project, my functions and my experience in
each one of them. Some of these are renovations in the buildings of TV3, the renovation of the
masia of Futbol Club Barcelona, and or the executive projects of Don Piso as a promoter. In
annex 3 there is a small file for each project, including basic information and graphic
documentation.
