Disseny d’una màquina de tir de bàsquet

Abstract

[CATALÀ] En aquest treball es buscarà una solució a un producte que alteri les sessions de tir d’un jugador/a de bàsquet per tal que augmenti el seu nivell com a jugador/a i per tant el del seu territori. En aquest treball s’ha dut a terme primerament un anàlisi in-out en el qual s’ha buscat sense deixar-se contaminar per que ja esta al mercat una solució viable. Després s’ha realitzat un estudi out-in per veure què hi ha al mercat i com s’està donant solució a aquesta necessitat. Seguidament s’ha dut a terme amb els conclusions extretes dels estudis anteriors un predisseny de dues possibles solucions que han anat patint canvis i transformacions fins a arribar a una fase final. Aquesta ha estat modelada en 3D per poder així fer-se una idea dels punts forts i febles de la solució amb l’ajust de simulacions de resistència estructural i de disseny de màquines. Amb els dissenys completament definits, s’han fet els plànols formals, dimensionals i de fabricació dels diferents elements. S’han fet a més un estudi de pressupost, de normatives aplicades i de Cicle de vida. S’ha conclòs finalment que ambdós dissenys no només són viables sinó que a més de manera inicial milloren el que hi ha avui a dia al mercat.

[ANGLÈS] In this project a solution will be sought for a product that alters the shooting sessions of a basketball player so that he/she increases his/her level as a player and therefore his or her territory. The first thing that is been done is an in-out analysis without being contaminated so that a viable solution is found completely fresh and unique. Then an out-in study has been carried out to see what's in the market and how this need is being solved. Using the conclusions drawn from the previous studies, a predesign of two possible solutions have been done that have undergone changes and transformations until reaching a final phase. This has been modeled in 3D to be able to get an idea of the strengths and weaknesses of these solutions with the adjustment of simulations of structural resistance and machine design. With the completely defined designs, the formal, dimensional and manufacturing plans of the different elements have been made. In addition, a study of the budget, the applied regulations and the PML of the designs were carried out. It has finally been concluded that both designs are not only viable but also an improvement of what is happening in the market today.
