Acondicionament d’una collitadora mitjançant sistema Arduino

Abstract

[CATALÀ] Mitjançant un microcontrolador molt comú en el mercat i d’un preu molt econòmic es realitzarà un sistema de sensorat per una collitadora. Aquests sistema conta amb un sensor de pressió, un de temperatura i 8 d’inductius. Per una banda, els dos primers ens serviran per parametritzar, com el seu nom indica, la pressió i temperatura del motor dièsel de la maquina. Per altra banda, els 8 sensors inductius tindran la funció de controlar les revolucions de gir dels 8 motors que componen la collitadora. Per tal que l’usuari pugui assabentar-se quan un paràmetre dels controlats no és adequat, i per tant la màquina no funciona com s’espera, saltarà una alarma. Aquesta alarma serà visual, ja que apareixerà per pantalla, i també sonora. El sistema, a més, contarà amb un mode configuració. Quan l’usuari del sistema vulgui canviar algun paràmetre dels que controla, podrà fer-ho mitjançant la connexió amb un PC, amb un porgràma anomenat Putty, i per tant podrà canviar quan tenen que saltar les alarmes.

[ANGLÈS] Using one of the most common and cheaper microcontroler, we develop a sensor system for a harvester. This system has an eight inductive sensors, one temperature sensor and one pressure sensor. The last two are connect in the diesel motor of the harvester. By the way, the other 8 inductive sensors have the function of control the rotation revolutions of the eight motors that compose the harvester. So that the user can find out when a controlled parameter is not correct and therefore the machine does not work as good as expected, an alarm will appear. This alarm is visual, a message will appear on the screen explaining the alarm, and have sound to call the attention of the user. The system will have with a configuration mode. When the user wants to change any parameter, he can do it, connecting the system to the PC and opening a program called PUTTY, with that he can change any parameter and then continues working with the harvester.
