Research about required temporal resolution of hydrological input data in hydrological simulation

Abstract

Using the Xinanjiang model, which is most popular rainfall-runoff model in China and also widely used all over the world, do some research works to check the scale effect of basin size in the input data of the model. This will be useful when doing simulations in basins where the available data has low temporal resolution.
