dc.description.abstractDuring this project, an end-to-end solution has been provided, creating and developing a Chatbot that, using Artificial Intelligence, is able to solve doubts that students may have within the domain of a university subject. To do so, Advanced Statistics Techniques such as Machine Learning Classification Methods or Text Mining have been used in order to make a Natural Language Processing system that understands a question and provides either a pre-built or a generative answer, based on the documentation of the subject. This system has then been integrated into Telegram, which serves as a front-end application. Several functionalities have been incorporated, such as interactive answers, user registration, administrator rights, multiple language selection or database connec- tions handling, among others.
