BCN SEER - Barcelona Science and Engineering Education Research Group
Mainly senior researchers compose the Science and Engineering Education Research Group (SEER). In our knowledge, there is not a similar research group across the country. This is why we consider ourselves an emerging research group. All of us have been doing research, publishing and applying for grants in both, engineering education and our own fields of knowledge. For this reason we present a mixed scientific activity report: for instance, we present 14 JCR-indexed papers and a book chapter, 8 of them strongly related with engineering education and the rest with other fields of knowledge.
Since January 2014 we have been working in 4 competitive and 5 non competitive projects related to engineering education that sum up about 200.000 €, plus 4 more competitive projects not related with education.
We present 13 international congress papers and 2 awarded national papers, all related to engineering education, and 5 patents.
