How to commercialise a sky eye quadcopter?

Abstract

As a part of the European Project Semester Program, run at IFE, during the second semester of academic year 2013/2014, several possibilities were given to students. Team selection was mainly based on our preferences, but the goal was to form international groups with mixed skills. We chose the project titled: ‘How to commercialise a Sky Eye quadcopter?’. Within the team, we decided to define the main tasks and divide responsibility according to qualifications, skills and interests. We prepared the schedule which helped us to respect the deadlines. Our project and this report deals with commercialising and redesigning a quadcopert. This is a continuation of a previous project. So, in this report we will show you the previous project, but we will mainly concentrate on our work. We will show you how we made a body for the Quadcopter, a business plan and a website to a quadcopter.
