Optical power model for low power laser diodes : Pspice modelling of optical power variation with temperature

In this article a method for modelling optical power's variation with the temperature for low power laser diodes and its implementation in Pspice is proposed. Also the measurement method and used instrumentation setup for the necessary data acquisition are explained. Model is implemented, and simulation results and real measurements are compared for model validation in case of a low power laser diode (SLD1121VS).
