dc.description.abstract | The flora and fauna are part of our buildings and our daily activities naturally without being stimulated by humans, so it is important to know the symbiosis that generate the coexistence of both, but seeking to maintain the benefit not only for the living but for the building as such beings. Both scientific research data as mercadológica to know the current status of applications, systems and applications that has been applied to buildings biotopes were collected. Field studies, specifically photographic survey of three types of buildings, urban, rural and industrial, located in Barcelona and San Feliu de Codines were also conducted to determine the natural presence of biotopes. Which resulted in both urban and rural buildings attract more animal and plant species, some architectural forms attract birds, such as the eaves, porous materials that had more presence of biotopes others. While industrial buildings shyly showed the presence of animal and plant species, this may be for reasons of noise generated the material which is dominated by metal plates, which are made more difficult in the case of plants in this climb, the constant movement of people etc. From the results obtained by the research we can conclude that is being developed but still a very shy phase, different ways to attract wildlife to buildings, through green roofs architectural forms, added elements, facades and inviting them to be part of it and thus obtaining the -vegetal Animal symbiosis, which benefits both the state of comfort of human beings, and in some cases increasing the value of the buildings that contain them. |
