WNG - Wireless Network Group
Des de la seva formació l'any 1988, tasques de consultoria, formació i investigació en diferents àmbits de les comunicacions mòbils, xarxes sense fils, protocols de comunicació i adaptació de continguts. Part d'aquestes tasques s'han realitzat per a organismes i empreses líders del sector: Telefónica, Vodafone, Retevisión, Alcatel, Sener, Doxa, Unitek, Fecsa, Institut Català de Tecnologia, Associació Catalana d'Enginyers de Telecomunicació, Centre de Telecomunicació de la Generalitat de Catalunya, etc. Les activitats d'investigació del grup WNG s'emmarquen en projectes d'investigació amb subvenció pública, principalment del Ministerio de Educación y Ciencia i de la Comissió Europea. Diversos membres del WNG participen en l'avaluació de propostes i revisions de projectes en execució dels esmentats organismes.
