Systems entertainments in flights have become an essential component for airlines, including the low cost ones. These systems sometimes are decisive for the purchasing of a passage. In the past, systems entertainments only were used to watch movies, show the plane's map or listen to music. In the last decade, the systems entertainments have become a source of incomes for airlines, selling by the online shop onboard, or by the products' promotion and advertising systems of these entertainment systems. The aim of this study is to understand how can be improved the connection times of this system to the cloud's synchronization of data where is found all the information relative to users, new newspapers, news movies, series' chapters, etc... This plane's connection to the infrastructure is made by the mobile phone's network with 3G technology. For this, all the fractions that take part in this process, from the hardware to software and operating manual have been analyzed. Then, the situation that was expected during the design of the platform has been compared to the reality which could be observed along 6 months of operating in more than 20 airplanes with the entertainment system installed in the same airline. Once this has concluded, some hardware modifications, software and operating solutions, have been suggested to increase the daily connection time to the company's cloud. Finally, the applied solutions give the user a better experience of the platform, because it has more contents and updated. In addition, gives a better environment to the technical team that run this service to carry out maintenance operations and improvement to the service.
