The object of this project is the development of a web application that will allow the improvement and standardization of the different procedures involved in all Durability department tests. The main objective of these tests is the study of the wear from the different vehicle components as well as the complete vehicle. Broadly, for a given vehicle, a durability test consists of a certain mileage accumulation in certain conditions. For every driving shift, the driver reports a series of comments regarding the vehicle behavior in the driving sheet. The test responsible members analyze, interpret and validate this information together with all the information recorded by the data acquisition system installed in the vehicle. The final result as well as the test follow up will be reflected in the generation of certain reports. Nowadays all these procedures are implemented in a manual way, without any standardization and with a storage medium that offers very few possibilities: paper. Thereby, the application that will be developed is intended for the establishment of a base for the standardization of Durability department procedures, to improve the communication between the different test participants and last but not least, enhance the exploitation of the information, this time already digitized.
