| dc.description.abstract | Es descriu un mètode de selecció de mostres utilitzant l'Ànalisi en Components Principals Normades. S'aplica al cas de selecció de Meses Electorals per tal de realitzar estimacions que ràpides al començament de l'escrutini. S'estudien les condicions que determinen quina informació utilitzar de cara a definir el biaix. S'estudia també el comportament o rendiment de la mostra efectivament utilitzada en el recompte del Referèndum Constitucional de Desembre del 1978 per al Municipi de Barcelona. |
| dc.description.abstract | A sample selection method using the principal component analysis is described. It is applied to the choice of electoral constituencies to be used for an early and fast results forecast at the beginning of the election count.
The conditions that determine which information to use in order to define the bias are studied, and the performance and efficiency of the sample finally employed during the count at the Constitutional Referendum of Decembre 1978 in the Barcelona area is analysed. |
