dc.description.abstractDans la partie I, on avait déterminé le nombre minimal de câbles diagonauxpour rendre infinitésimalement rigide un édifice d'un étage. On donne maintenant la caractérisation des systèmes minimaux dans deuxcas spéciaux : celui où le graphe sous-jacent n'est pas un arbre, et celui oùtous les câbles sont parallèles.
dc.description.abstractThe minimum number of diagonal cables to make a one-story building infinitesimally rigid was determined in Part I. The characterization of the minimum systems is now given in two special cases: If the underlying graph is not a tree, and if all the cables are parallel.
