dc.description | The thesis consist in the study and evaluation of different methods for face recognition. The final objective is to select the most suitable techniques for face detection and recognition. Some of these techniques will be intergrated in a real time demontrator which will be a preliminary prototype that will have to work in controlled conditions (for ilumination and pose) and with reduced databases. The demonstrator will be done in Matlab and the main image acquisition rotines and face detection and recognition algorithms will be implemented in this language. |
