El present projecte final de grau representa una proposta d’adaptació i canvi d’ús en l’edifici central del
complex industrial de Can Bagaria situat al municipi de Cornellà de Llobregat, Barcelona.
La fàbrica de Can Bagaria està situada a la carretera d’Esplugues de Cornellà, sent una de les
avingudes més importants de Cornellà i eix de connexió entre les ciutats veïnes.
La proposta del projecte consisteix en una primera part de recerca i documentació de l’edifici i
representació gràfica del seu estat actual. I una segona part consistent en una proposta gràfica
d’adaptació i canvi d’ús en un espai gastronòmic en el qual es poden trobar un mercat, aules taller, sala
de conferències i un restaurant, a més de dotar al complex d’un espai exterior peatonal i accessible als
ciutadans, convertint l’antiga fàbrica modernista en un punt de trobada culinari del Baix Llobregat.
English: This Final Project is a proposal for adaptation and change of use in the central building of the Can
Bagaria industrial complex, located in the city of Cornella de Llobregat, Barcelona.
Can Bagaria factory is located on the Esplugues road which is one of the most important avenues of
Cornella, shaft connecting the neighboring cities.
The proposed project consists of a first part of research and documentation of the building and graphical
representation of its current state. And the second part consists of a graphical approach to adapt and
change of use in a gastronomic space where you can find a market, workshop rooms, conference
rooms and a restaurant, in addition to provide the complex with an outdoor pedestrian space accessible
to citizens, transforming the old modernist factory in a culinary meeting point in Baix Llobregat.
