Características constructivas de un túnel de viento de bajo-coste para aplicación local

Abstract

Wind tunnels have been used widely in the past 50 years in industry and research. The theme of this project has been chosen before the desire to build some kind of aeronautics-related device in Zaragoza. A wind of this type tunnel is easy construction which, once finalized, will be a useful and effective tool. After presenting the different possibilities of configurations of wind tunnels will be determined the unknowns that will make us lean by some or other configurations. In the case of industry, this election would be given the characteristics and needs of the study on the object to develop part of the profitability that would involve the construction of a wind tunnel. But in the case that leads to carry out this work, the object to develop and study at first is own wind tunnel. The unknowns are: the space available to accommodate the tunnel, the complexity that you want to give to this and the budget available for their construction. Another question would be the subject that is studied in the inside of the tunnel, although this probably adapts itself to the resolutions of the previous unknowns. Work will include a market study of the profitability of a so-called wind tunnel for the area of Zaragoza as well of the potential users of these facilities.

Los túneles de viento han sido utilizados extensamente en los últimos 50 años en industria e investigación. La temática de este proyecto se ha escogido ante el deseo de construir en Zaragoza algún tipo de dispositivo relacionado con la aeronáutica. Un túnel de viento de este tipo es de fácil construcción que, una vez finalizado, será una herramienta útil y eficaz. Tras presentar las distintas posibilidades de configuraciones de los túneles de viento se determinará las incógnitas que nos hará inclinarnos por unas u otras configuraciones. En el caso de la industria, esta elección vendría dada por las características y necesidades del estudio sobre el objeto a desarrollar a parte de la rentabilidad que supondría la construcción de un túnel de viento. Pero en el caso de que lleva a realizar este trabajo, el objeto a desarrollar y de estudio en un primer momento es el propio túnel de viento. Las incógnitas son: el espacio disponible para albergar el túnel, la complejidad que se desea dar a este y el presupuesto económico disponible para su construcción. Otra incógnita seria el objeto que se estudiara en el interior del túnel, aunque este previsiblemente se adaptara a las resoluciones de las incógnitas anteriores. En el trabajo se incluirá un estudio de mercado de rentabilidad de un supuesto túnel de viento para la zona de Zaragoza así de los posibles usuarios de dichas instalaciones.
