dc.description.abstractThis study analyzes the economic impact that users would experience with the travel time variation due to system-wide signal timing optimization. To do this, a comprehensive analysis of travel time user benefits is conducted using traffic volume, speed and other attributes of road network, before and after signal timing optimization.
