dc.description.abstractThis work is about the design of a solar tracker with the objective of following the sun throughout the day. In order to achieve that objective, the solar tracker has two degrees of freedom. The different mechanical components necessary to build the structure has been designed, calculated and verified. Apart from that, the whole structure has been drawn using the 3D mechanical CAD program SolidWorks. The plans have been drawn too.
