Abstract

The aim of this work is the design and implementation of a management portal accessible mobile applications To carry out this project needed prior knowledge the following programming technologies: PHP, HTML, CSS, MySQL and WordPress. This documentation is broken down into 8 chapters: The 1st chapter explains the overall project definition, motivation, deliveries and slightly opens the technologies used. The 2n chapter describes in detail the technologies used to develop the project. The 3rd chapter describes in detail all the features and application requirements. At 4th chapter lists the tasks done by Gantt chart. The 5th chapter details the specifications. At 6th chapter shows a case study of the use of the portal. The last two chapters are devoted to personal ratings and the bibliography.
