Estudi tècnic de l'estat actual i de conservació (diagnosi) d'una masia situada a Camprodon, Girona

Abstract

Aquest treball, corresponent al Projecte Fi de Grau del Grau d’Enginyeria de l’Edificació, té com a objectiu primer fer un estudi en profunditat de la Casa Pairal de la Masia del Mariner, un dels masos més grans i importants de la Vall de Camprodon i de la comarca del Ripollès. El que s’ha buscat en aquest estudi és determinar l’estat de conservació de l’edifici i comprovar la seguretat i estabilitat estructural d’aquest amb les normatives actuals. S’han buscat i analitzat les problemàtiques i les deficiències per a poder determinar quines són les mesures més idònies per a solucionar-les. La Masia del Mariner de Sant Pau és un conjunt d’edificacions que tenen el seu origen durant el segle XVII i XVIII. Es tracta d’un edifici que estar dins del pla especial de catàleg de masies i cases rurals en sòl no urbanitzable de Camprodon i catalogada dins del grup de masies i cases rurals d’alt valor arquitectònic. Estar situada prop del poble de Sant Pau de Segúries i dins del municipi de Camprodon, a la comarca del Ripollès. L’estudi s’ha fet de la Casa Pairal, l’edifici principal, situat a ponent de la masia i que ocupa uns 620 m2 i té uns 1800 m2 construïts. En el treball s’ha fet un estudi històric de la masia amb les diferents fase de construcció, un anàlisi de l’estat actual de l’edifici on es descriu el tipus de masia i els sistemes constructius que la componen. S’ha fet una diagnosi per a determinar l’estat general de conservació de l’edifici estudiant-ne totes les lesions i determinant-ne les causes. Per últim s’ha fet un diagnòstic de l’estat general de l’edifici i de l’estat de la seguretat i durabilitat dels diferents elements acabant amb unes propostes o recomanacions d’actuació i intervenció. ENGLISH: This project, corresponding to the final project of the “Grau d’Enginyeria de l’Edificació”, has as a main objective to make an in-depth study of the Manor house El Mariner, one of the biggest and most important manor houses in the Camprodon valley and in the region of el Ripollès. What has been sought in this study is to determine the condition of the building and check its structural security and stability with the current regulations. It has been searched and analyzed the problems and shortcomings in order to determine which are the most appropriate measures to solve them. The manor house of El Mariner de Sant Pau is a group of buildings from XVII and XVIII centuries. It is a building in the catalog special plan of manor and rural houses on non developable land in Camprodon and cataloged within the group of manor and rural houses of high architectural value. It is situated near the Sant Pau de Segúries village in the Camprodon municipality in the region of el Ripollès. The study has been done of the main house situated to the west of the manor and which occupies an approximated 620 m2 and has about 1800 m2 built. In the project, it has been done an historical study with the different construction stages, an analysis of the current status of the building describing the type of the manor house and the building systems that compose it. It has been made a diagnosis to determine the general conservation status studying all the damages and determining its causes. Finally, it has been made an overall diagnosis of the status of the building and the security and durability of the different elements finishing with proposals and recommendations for action and intervention.
