Abstract
[ANGLÈS] One of the biggest challenges in averaging ECG or EEG signals is to overcome temporal misalignments and distortions, due to uncertain timing or complex non-stationary dynamics. Standard methods average individual leads over an collection of epochs on a time-sample by time-sample basis, even when multi-electrode signals are available. Here we propose a method that averages multi electrode recordings simultaneously by using spatial patterns and without relying on time or frequency. [CASTELLÀ] Uno de los mayores retos en promediado de señales biomédicas es sobreponerse a las distorsiones temporales o desalineados, debidos a comportamientos dinámicos complejos y no estacionarios. Los métodos estándar promedian electrodo a electrodo incluso cuando disponemos de señales multi electrodo. Nuestro método promedia señales multi electrodo usando patrones espaciales y sin realizar ninguna asunción temporal o frecuencial. [CATALÀ] Un dels majors reptes en el promig de senyals biomédiques es sobreposar-se a distorsions temporals deguts a comportaments dinámics complexos i no estacionaris. Els métodes estándar promitjen electrode a electrode tot i disposar de senyals multi electrode. El nostre mètode promitja senyals multi electrode utilitzant patrons espaials i sense realitzar assumpcions temporals o frecuencials.
