dc.description.abstractWe have presented the results obtained through two sensory methods that are descriptive analysis and categorization. Several statistical methods have been applied to analyze the results: ANOVA; PCA, MCA and MFA.. Sensometrics methods for descriptive analysis and sorting task have to be applied in two cases related to food and beverage industries
