This works depicts how a small sized construction company specialized for craft works on Serbian market can create a marketing plan. The aim was to create a marketing plan that can be immediately implemented in realistic environment. In first part a detailed market research was conducted analyzing the economic environment of Serbian market, competition and customer needs and their behavior. Later, goals, strategy and tactic of marketing were presented. The emphasis was on two things: first to try to raise the quality of service in this industry and second to use Internet as a prime method for marketing. Taking advantage of constant increase in usage of Internet for fulfilling every day needs of people and at the same time unexploited possibilities of marketing on the Internet this work explains all advantages and possibilities of e-marketing in construction industry. The value of this work is that it represents a new idea of presenting a construction company to ordinary customers. Also it is a realistic and cheap marketing plan that can be easily implemented on Serbian market.
