Disseny i implementació del nou web municipal de l’Ajuntament d’Esparreguera

Abstract

L'objectiu d'aquest treball de fi de carrera és aconseguir que tot el software utilitzat per els/les treballadors/es del consistori sigui propietat de l'Ajuntament. Per a dur a terme aquest projecte calen els següents coneixements previs de les tecnologies de programació: PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery i MSSQL. En aquesta documentació es presenta, en ordre cronològic i de manera concisa, els passos que s'han dut a terme per a elaborar el nou web i la intranet municipal. Al 1r capítol s’expliquen els motius del canvi, el perquè s’ha arribat a aquest punt i una comparativa amb altres tecnologies i sistemes, sent el punt inicial del camí d’aquest projecte. Al 2n capítol es descriuen cadascuna de les tecnologies de programació utilitzades, per a saber el seu funcionament i rendiment. Al 3r capítol es mostren totes les funcionalitats i els requeriments, funcionals i no funcionals, de l’aplicació. A més, en aquest punt es tracta sobre la seguretat del lloc i com prevenir els atacs o la utilització incorrecta per part dels usuaris i/o visitants. Al 4t capítol es mostren les tasques fetes en aquest treball de fi de carrera, completant el procés amb el diagrama de Gantt, de manera que s’observa l’evolució del projecte. Els darrers capítols tracten dels conceptes més específics i tècnics de la documentació, mostrant la codificació utilitzada, les relacions entre les taules de les bases de dades, el disseny de cadascuna de les interfícies, etc. Amb la finalització del projecte s’han complert els objectius proposats en el seu plantejament, i s’han esdevingut una millora de coneixements per part de l’estudiant i un estalvi significatiu en les arques municipals.

English: The target of this final project is to achieve that all the software used by our enterprise workers is owned by the Town Hall. In order to carry out this project it’s mandatory to have previous knowledge about programming technologies such as: PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and MSSQL. The information presented, concisely and in chronological order, shows the steps that should be taken for developing a new website and a local intranet. In chapter 1 you will find the reasons of this proposal of change setting the starting point of this project, explaining why we have reached this point and a comparison with other technologies and systems. The 2nd chapter describes each of the technologies used for programming, to know its functionality and performance. In the 3rd chapter lists all the functions and requirements, functional and nonfunctional of the system. Also it has a special mention on security and how to prevent attacks or misuse from users and visitors. The 4th chapter lists the tasks carried out in the final project, completing the process with Gantt’s Chart in order to graphically observe the evolution of the project. The last chapters have to do with more specific concept and technical documentation, showing the encoding that has been used, the relationships between the database tables, the design of each of the interfaces, etc. Once this final project has been completed and the objectives set on the introduction have been met. The overall analysis has several positive remarks, on one hand, it has improved the student’s level of knowledge on this matter and on the other hand it should be acknowledged the significant savings it produces on the Municipal Treasury.
