In our report we first present the knowledge of and the sensibilities to the problem of sensitivity on meshing, this draft being followed by an exposition of the method of calculation of losses with help of B and f. Follow the Chapter II on the ANSYS FE model construction related to actual Renault machine, and then the Chapter III with verification of this constructed model. Chapter IV presents the pattern sensibility in calculation of B and of magnetic losses in the Renault machine model. Then in Chapter V we test the sensibility in different parameter configurations: still-stand and moving rotor, simple and complex structures, time and harmonic module of calculation for laminated and bulk materials. The methodological study is terminated with conclusion on both functional criterion (A) and the optimisation criterion (B) In Chapter VI the procedure of losses calculation based on B and f are presented. Unfortunately, we don’t have the measurements, it means we don’t have necessary characteristics of verification of our methodology. Such verification should compare both losses calculated out of currents and losses calculated (predicted) to measurements.
