The project is based on the study of the positioning and location of a phone (smartphone) within an area defined by creating a network of exchange of information between terminals. The main objective is to find a terminal that has no coverage whatsoever (GPS, GSM, ..) but if you have wifi. The software is designed for smartphones that support the Android OS 2.3.3 or later. The project has always been done on the operating system, that is, from the point of view of programming, interacting with libraries that Android provides access to hardware terminal. This aspect will be the limiting factor in many of the tests. With the main idea of what you can find terminals currently have and what would be required to carry out the original concept of the project. We compare the application with other existing systems that can perform the function of another electronic device found in space. It also presents the different resources that these devices have to be able to locate a terminal with limitations.
